Clubhouse Print Co uses Australia Post eParcel delivery service, which includes automated order tracking.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from date of order (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders can take 1-2 business days to print and pack, and may be +1 business day if we need to order certain stock in (note: custom bulk orders will likely take longer).

You will receive another notification when your order has been updated with tracking details. 

Domestic (Australia) and International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping Australia wide. These are our general estimates of shipping times to metro regions. Shipping times may vary based on your location - please check Aus Post's website for accurate shipping estimates.

*Your international order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Clubhouse Print Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check your countries policies before you order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/text notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the max estimated days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at clubhouseprintco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
